For my second meditation CD rather than go to a recording studio I decided to share the magic of the Big Island. I went to various locations around the island and recorded these meditations. Some of the meditations are recorded in the middle of the night under the stars while others are recorded at dawn. You can join me at the end of the road watching the lava flow down the Pali into the ocean or sit on a new, black sand beach with the waves in the background.

When I first moved to San Diego I began playing with sounds to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain and deepen the meditation experience. It was a fairly new science and I found the results fascinating. I had some very profound altered state experiences. Over the years I have experimented with sensory deprivation floatation tanks, sound, movement, fasting and spending lots of time in nature in an attempt to help people experience personal freedom.
